We are a lean manufacturing company using state of the art design and manufacturing methods. Machine designs are performed in 3D using Autodesk® Inventor®. Manufacturing methods include extensive CNC machining, CNC laser cutters, CNC water jet cutters, CNC press brakes, powder coating and robotic welding.
We integrate sophisticated control systems using Allen-Bradley®, Yaskawa®, Red Lion®, Phoenix Contact®, Banner®, SMC®, Rittal® and other leading technology suppliers.
Our facilities in St. Augustine include a 28,000 SF manufacturing and assembly building and 5,000 SF professional offices for design and administration.
The company is led by Hank Whetstone, with over 30 years design and manufacturing experience.
